Executive Summary of AI Driven Content Repurposing

This project uses JIRA and associated AI Tools to help build an E-commerce platform to repurpose, rebuild, and redefine old exploited copyrighted Library content into new content distributable worldwide and translated into many languages using new tools enabled by use of AI and a software management platform.

To understand the context, Library content is fully exploited entertainment software consisting of visual and audible data that has been developed and exploited in markets and then warehoused until new technology enables a repurposing and exploitation of that warehoused content to a new market that was, in effect, created by the advent of a new technology. Included in libraries are “archival footage” which is content edited out, or shot but not used, also known as “Source Media”.

Examples of repurposing in the entertainment software industry due to technology changes are numerous.  Colorization gave new value to black and white printed films, which were prints organized in sequence in a can of film with an audible soundtrack embedded. TBS colorized the entire MGM library and exploited it internationally. Vestron bought the Time-Life library when VHS tape technology came along. Then as digitization replaced print, libraries were again re-monetized when DVD replaced VHS and again when Blue-ray supplanted DVD. Then as streaming came along, entertainment software was repurposed and again redistributed in different channels. These distribution channels have also evolved from theatrical and broadcast TV to cable TV and now to social media platform streaming.

Entertainment software is essentially a digital stream of video

 which is organized as a continuous sequence of bits and bytes, representing the color and brightness of each pixel over time. These bits, the smallest unit of data (0 or 1), are grouped into bytes (8 bits each) to form the digital representation of the video frames that are transmitted and processed by devices. A digital stream of a soundtrack is a also a continuous stream of data organized into bits and bytes, where analog sound waves are converted into numerical data (samples) at a specific sampling rate and bit depth, and then stored as binary code for computers to process and play. These data files become useable in MP4 format or MKV format (Matroyoshka Video).

With the advent of AI driven tools, manual editing, slicing and re-sequencing of these data streams by costly humans called “editors” becomes obsolete. Thus reorganizing entertainment software in content libraries now can become very cheap and cost effective. 

Avatars can be made from these digital streams, voice prints can be manipulated and language quickly translated, all enhancing existing content or creating new content at very little cost. Distribution on social media in small sequences of data are relatively cheap. 

Collecting money or monetization can be done several ways, by third party ad agencies or by plug and play backend devices that accept and clear payments in foreign currencies, convert and remit them through apps such as Venmo and Wise.

2. Social Media distributed “fragments” distributed worldwide in many languages and markets;[i]

5. Distribute by selling the digitized content in a package worldwide to developers and freelancers with a license to use such content as they see fit, using AI tools, Avatars, and digitized memes.

The Project Cofiguration:

Repurpose existing exploited library content belonging to “Product Owner” consisting of approximately 160 minutes or 480,056 KB of audio visual data (SEE SOURCE MEDIA). This content will be transformed into shorter file sequences to be ready to distributed and be monetized by third parties.

Since the entire project configuration is massively complex and must be directed to different marketing or distribution channels, and there is no “Team” to develop “sprints”, the focus for this Project will be to attempt to map out the entire process in JIRA Kanban. This will attempt to provide a “holistic” view of the to-be-created Scrum Board, whereby the entire Goal or “Solution” can enter its “execution” phase.

The initial stages of the workflow all share one common denominator: The existing DVDs in the Product Owner’s Library must be converted to digital format in video and audio in order for tools for repurposing this content through various AI driven apps like Nano Banana can be deployed.

Moreover this digitized data must not only shared to the eventual “Team” but is also of such magnitude that it must be stored on the Cloud and be accessible through a common link, so that the eventual “Team” can access such data without permissions and pull sequences of such data into Scrum Backlogs.

The existing data will is also become commingled MP4 or MDV files consisting of digital streams of video is organized as a continuous sequence of bits and bytes, together with a digital stream of a soundtrack. This must be broken apart into component pieces.

The soundtrack must be then turned into a textual script so as to be able to be manual rewritten or sliced and diced manually or by AI into a new script, much like the original written script, yet now sequenced to actual digital streams of video. 

 ENTER: ARTIFICIAL INTELIGENCE TOOLS. These AI tools will enhance and modernize visual content adding highest pixel resolution, translate soundtracks into 20 or more multiple languages for distribution into those markets. It will rearrange content and re sequence it into new interesting Pods to be distributed through media and social media channels, or a dedicated new channel devoted to Kim Kardashian Fitness with ancillary Merchandising on a global scale.

AI will be tasked to create new themes, new content, new marketing concepts based on targeted demographics. Creativity, resequencing, new content, with merchandising rights equals
